Octave AMS is an operating system for associations from Novatron: members and units, forms and submissions, events and attendance, roles and permissions, notifications, and a public home, in one workspace.

The workspace lives at app.octaveams.com. This site is the public home for Octave AMS; it doesn't hold your association's data.

Access is granted through roles. Each role is a set of permissions written as entity::action — for example member::export or submission::approve — and a wildcard such as member::* grants a whole area. Platform preset roles sit alongside roles your association creates.

A membership can be invited, active, suspended, left, or removed.

Exports are a plan feature, and exporting members also requires the member::export permission.

Publishing an edited form creates a new form version. Existing submissions stay linked to the version they answered.

Text, long text, number, email, phone, date, select, multi-select, checkbox, radio, file, and section headers.

Yes. An event can be public, members-only, or invite-only, and in person, virtual, or hybrid.

Octave AMS supports email, SMS, in-app, and push notification channels. Which channels you can use depends on your plan.

There are Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise tiers, each with its own limits (such as members, forms, and monthly sends). For pricing, contact us.
